Training, Education, and System Operator Certification

NERC training, education, and certification-related services support the ERO’s mission through the design, development, and delivery of events and products that support the bulk power system and through the management and oversight of system operator certification and continuing education. The Training and Education Program provides a framework for development and oversight of learning projects that assist those who support the bulk power system, while the System Operator Certification Program encompasses management of the system operators’ certification and continuing education functions.

Group Health Plan Transparency in Coverage Files

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
