Balloting and Commenting
 
Interested stakeholders are encouraged to join the Registered Ballot Body and participate in the balloting and commenting process. Refer to the SBS tutorial linked below for registration steps and more information.

·         For Administrative Support:
o   SBS, RBB, and voter registration questions or
o   Provide SBS feedback

·         For NERC IT Support:
o   Trouble accessing SBS due to:
§  A forgotten password,
§  An incorrect credentials error message, or
§  System lock-out
 
SBS passwords expire every 6 months and must be reset
·         SBS passwords must contain:
o   At least 8 characters
o   One capital letter
o   One number
 
Please be mindful of ballot and comment period closing dates. We ask to allow at least 48 hours for NERC support staff to assist with inquiries. Therefore, it is recommended that users try logging into their SBS accounts prior to the last day of a comment/ballot period.
