Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center

The Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) provides its members and partners with resources to prepare for and reduce cyber and physical security threats to the North American electricity industry. Created in 1999, the E-ISAC is operated by NERC and is organizationally isolated from NERC's enforcement processes. NERC and the E-ISAC adhere to a strict Code of Conduct

The E-ISAC offers products and services that give timely, relevant, and actionable situational awareness and analysis to asset owners and operators as well as cross-sector and government partners. As the threat landscape continues to evolve, the E-ISAC fulfills its role as a trusted leader and source of security information within the electricity industry in collaboration with the Department of Energy, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council. The E-ISAC Long-Term Strategic Plan identifies ways in which the E-ISAC can work with its members, partners, and stakeholders to address current and emerging threats.

The E-ISAC also operates a secure Portal that serves as a hub for bi-directional information sharing among members, partners, and E-ISAC analysts. Membership is free. To learn more about the E-ISAC and become a member or partner, please visit the E-ISAC website
