WASHINGTON, D.C. – NERC is pleased with FERC's order approving the termination of the Regional Delegation Agreement between NERC and Florida Reliability Coordinating Council, Inc. (FRCC), as well as the transfer of registered entities within FRCC to SERC and the revisions to SERC's Regional Delegation Amendment reflecting their changed geographic footprint.
NERC appreciates FERC's prompt action and will continue to work with the Regional Entities and affected registered entities toward a seamless transition, expected to occur on July 1, 2019, with FRCC ceasing operations as a Regional Entity on August 31, 2019.
