Reliability Milestone Reached in Transition to Multiple Reliability Coordinators

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Western Interconnection has reached a major reliability milestone today in its transition to multiple Reliability Coordinators (RCs) as SPP became the final new RC of record and Peak Reliability ceased to be an RC. The ERO Enterprise is dedicated to the reliability and security of the bulk power system, and this represents a significant accomplishment for all new RCs, their customers, Peak Reliability, and the grid.
