On behalf of NERC, I congratulate Rich Glick on his appointment as FERC chair. Throughout his service, Chairman Glick has developed a distinguished record as a thoughtful and collaborative member of the Commission, and I look forward to his leadership as we navigate a rapid transformation of the grid and increasing security threats.
