ED (Eastern Interconnection) and WD (Western Interconnection) Excel workbook for quick review of daily performance under Standard BAL-001-2 using data from an OSI PI DataLink server. The workbook is protected (no password) to avoid inadvertent modification of protected cells. The “Parameters” tab is the only worksheet with unprotected cells to allow for entry of needed information of Balancing Authority fields and Interconnection-specific fields.
ED1 and WD1 use data for the Time-Error Correction Offset from 60 Hz to determine the Scheduled Frequency, whereas ED2 and WD2 directly pull the Scheduled Frequency data. Values from the daily information can be pasted/appended into a separate file to compile a complete month – see instructions for more information.

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
