Project 2007-03 Real-time Transmission Operations

Status:
Project 2007-03 was filed with FERC on April 16, 2013.

Purpose/Industry Need:
The industry needs clearer, unambiguous and enforceable standards in order to effectively operate the Bulk Electric System.

Clarify requirements for real-time operations of the Bulk Electric System in the cited standards.
Consider stakeholder comments received during the initial development of the standards and other comments received from ERO regulatory authorities as noted in Appendix B.
Consider other general improvements as described in Appendix A.
This satisfies the ANSI procedure requirement for five-year review of the standards.
